Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on weekends and National Holidays. Standard delivery arrives within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from date shipped. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Queens N' Lettos is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please note, standard packages are not insured and the client takes full responsibility to file a claim with carrier if an item is lost or stolen.
International Packages may have UPS brokerage fees if UPS Worldwide option is not selected for shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
